Hi everyone!


One important aspect of training is recovering quickly from a run. This is often overlooked , but very important especially after a long/hard run. Within 10 minutes of your run you should be hydrating. Also eat a nutritious snack. Something with a high vitamin content is always good. Don’t forget to eat some protein to rebuild your muscles. This picture will give you a good example of nutritious food to eat.
