Happy Tuesday to all. I want to put to bed a big running myth. Some people think that you have to run everyday to do well. That is false. All of us need some easy days to recover from a hard run. Don’t be afraid to pull your bike out the day after a hard run. You use different leg muscles when you bike but still get a little aerobic workout in. This will help you recover fast.
