After a below average showing in high school and college, I decided to do some extensive research on the best training methods that were used by the world’s best coaches. My personal records improved dramatically once I learned the best way to train for peak performances. My 5 mile P.R. went from 29:46 to 26:48 in 2 years. I believe in incorporating a nutritious diet and adequate rest into a sound training program to compete well.

When I was a Head Coach in High School Track and Field, I was fortunate to have John as an Assistant Coach.  He was able to bring some good talent up to a much higher level.
